Your reservation can be booked by calling 570-253-5573 or using our convenient on-line reservations. Some of our packages and specials are seasonal or designed to reward our social media supporters, so please be sure to note a special price or code word when you are filing out the on-line reservation form, or call to ensure. Our room availability can be checked by viewing the reservation calendar. While we make every effort to keep this up to date, the availability display is not “real-time”. Rates are based on double occupancy, $25.00 additional guest. Single rates are available, as are long stays (over 7 nights). Contact us.
Rates are subject to PA sales tax and Wayne County lodging tax. During certain times of the year you may be requested to provide a $50.00 non-refundable deposit for your stay.
Due to our limited rooms and personalization of your stay any cancellation creates an impact on our B&B. Reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival without incurring fees. Cancellations within the 14 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged the full first night of the reservation, and issued a rain-check less a $25 non-refundable fee. Cancellations the day before or first day will be charged the entire reservation.
We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is limited to outside areas only.
We have a small hypo-allergenic, non-shedding dog who visits the common areas only when invited, and is never permitted in guest bedrooms. We do not have boarding facilities, and can not accommodate pets.
Our normal check-in hours are between 4-6, other times can be arranged during reservations. We request your kindness in estimating arrival time, or contacting us if your travel plans change.
Regular check-out time is 11:00, other times can be arranged.
Our house is not ideally suited for children and under 14 may not be a guest in a room without an adult. Please contact us if travelling with children.
This is our home and we reserve the right to ask anyone to leave.
